Communications Director & Webmaster

In her fourteen years at Christ the King Kelly will tell you that she has been through several "job descriptions." She is currently the webmaster and communications director, handling all parish publicity. She writes the Sunday bulletin, most of the bulletin inserts and the bi-monthly CK Magazine. She also manages the parish Facebook page, Tweets on behalf of the parish (Follow us! @ctkokc) and takes care of some of the behind-the-scenes preparation for weekend Masses. If it has to do with communication, Kelly is the person on staff who handles it.

Prior to joining the Christ the King staff in 1997 Kelly worked for several years as a commercial/intellectual property litigation secretary, but she has worn many hats: baker, roofer, accounts payable/receivable manager, ballet instructor, computer trainer, program coordinator for an arts organization, bartender...you name it! Kelly received her BA in English literature from the University of Dallas.  She has been a member of Our Lady's Cathedral since 1976 and attended Bishop John Carroll and Bishop McGuinness High School. Her 13 year old daughter, Grace, is currently a student at Christ the King School, and her 28 year old son, Bradley, is an ironworker.
