North Highland Elementary Tutors
The parish helps people in our own neighborhood by reaching out the underprivileged children of North Highlands Elementary and their teachers and administrators. Volunteers act as mentors and tutors, reading to the children and providing them encouragement and friendship. Twice a year the parish provides a luncheon and breakfast for the teachers at North Highland Elementary. The parish also supports the North Highland faculty by coordinating the donation of school supplies and by donating gift cards to the teachers. Many other volunteer opportunities are available. For more information or to become a North Highland tutor/mentor, contact Leo Morrison at 842-0012.
